"Everyone's got the right to have their point of view," Lazarus [NBC Sports Group Chairman] said. "But I think the overwhelming majority of the people are voting with their clickers and their mouses and their fingers on every device saying, 'We're with you, we enjoy what you're doing, thank you, and please continue.' We listen, we read, we understand there's people that don’t like what we’re doing. We think it's a very loud minority and the silent majority has been with us for these first six days." They have a governmentally-enforced monopoly on broadcasts. All those people "voting with their clickers and their mouses and their fingers" to follow NBC's coverage of the event are taking the only legal option they have. That's some "vote".

I was fine with the coverage until today when they moved the USA vs Brazil men's match at the last second. I'm still not sure wtf happened.

I took a late lunch at a bad sports bar by my office to watch this match after missing USA v China women's indoor yesterday. I caught some of Rogers/Dalhausser as some consolation.
