It would seem that with each year they are expanding the pool of players they look at for the honor, but given that less than half of all HS players are eligible simply because their coaches are not a part of the in crowd, it doesn't seem like this list has enough credibility to give it the title they gave it. Hopefully they rectify that over the next few years.
