29-25 UCLA, game point
30-25 UCLA wins match
Match notes: WSU looks like they got a lot of potential. Blocking and digs were very very good
nice defense on both sides, but there were times at some point that they were a bit lazy
When WSU is on fire, they were nearly unstoppable, big kills

The Bruins would not trail again although there were five ties in the game with the last coming at 28-28. it was nice to see Johnson had a good match, she led the Bruins in kills in the first match of the season, since then her numbers had gone down. I wished she is still playing the OH position, she had several 20 kills matches as the L2 at the end of last year and was a key player in the upset victory over UW. However, UCLA is just stacked in the OH positions this year. some of the sets to her in the #2 positions were too close to the net and she got roofed. She can definitely terminate the ball , some of her spikes are packed with a lot of heat, hope she can another good match against UW tomorrow
