What a huge win for UCLA. Most likely they end up no less than 3rd. CSUN, Hawaii, and Pepperdine now have to fight for #4.

Interesting 3-way race. I have alot of respect for CSUN this year, I would never count out Marv and UH can play with so much emotion....hmmmmm. Who has the tougher remaining schedule?

Northridge (12-7) is at UCSD on Saturday, then at UCLA and UCI next week.
Pepperdine (12-7) is at Pacific on Saturday, then two matches at home against Hawaii next week.
Hawaii (11-7) has UCI twice this weekend, then twice at Pepperdine.

Some stats for you: UCLA hit .376 for the match BYU hit .362 for the match
Jagoda had 15 kills and hit .667 for the match (in three games). Wenger had 12 kills
Pessoa had 26 kills and hit .452 for the match Hillman had 16 kills and hit .232 for the match.
Interesting note . . . BYU had 0 blocks in the last game. They did not say how many UCLA had. Apparently, BYU blocked well the first two games which is when UCLA did not block well. UCLA made up the difference in the next two games.
I guess someone will put up the full stats when they are posted.
Thanks for dealing with my updates. I hope I did not overdue it, but it was an interesting match.

I just noticed that sponge beat me to the games remaining.
One correction: CSUN lost last night to Long Beach, so they are now 12-7
Also, UCSB could possibly be in the running too They play Long Beach and UCSD this week UCLA and UCI next week
I will have to do some analysis. Anyone want to guess who has the edge for 4th place?

I did not include UCSB because of its loss to UCSD tonight.
