Should be a great match. CU won in 5 at Baylor. The Bears are hungry for buffalo this Thanksgiving.

CU pulled out another 5 gamer against my Bears. Baylor could have won in 3 games. In game 1 they were up all game and up 26-21 but CU pulls it out 30-28. Baylor wins the next 2 games. They battle hard and with more expierence the 4 freshman for Baylor are going to be a special group next year and on. Good win Buffs!

Another tough loss for the bears. Questionable call at 12-12 in the 5th swung it to cu.
With missouri losing to a&m tonight, it shows once again that anyone can beat anyone in the nasty big 12. Baylor is like 12 points from winning 4 more matches. Tough lessons for that young team.

Baylor is like 12 points from winning 4 more matches. Tough lessons for that young team. Good luck to the bears on Saturday. Though their overall Big 12 win-loss record really doesn't show it too much this year, they've really come a long ways. If they can step it up another notch or two next year, they'll be right in the middle of the conference challenging the upper half teams every week - and should make the NCAA tournament in 2007. I don't think the overall talent is there to challenge Nebraska and Texas for the conference lead yet, but they could be in that group right behind them. And on any given night will have a chance to beat anyone. I didn't comment about Taylor Barnes after Baylor played Nebraska last Saturday. She's really a nice player. Difference type of setter that Holloway. Both had a few kills in that match that really almost defines there differences. Holloway mostly tips the ball to open areas on the court. Barnes just comes right at you firing at 100%. I think they are both the best type of setter for their respective teams. Holloway has tons of firepower around her and can balance that with an occasion controlled tip shot to keep the other team honest - and pure setting skills are probably better. Barnes is almost like an extra attacker when she's in the front row if they have very good passing. I will enjoy watching her career develop over the next three years.

Baylor does not deserve to be in the tournament. At 6-13 in the Big 12, including them would be a joke.
Missouri should also be out. They don't deserve to be in. Given the second half of the season that they have had, they don't belong.
The Big 12 teams that should be in are Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas, Iowa State and maybe Colorado.

What's a joke is that CU beat the #1 team and they are not ranked. Maybe CU??, you are nuts. Baylor could beat half the field that will be in the tournament. Had they just won the 2 five gamers agianst CU they would be in. Baylor doesn't deserve to go now but these Big12 teams in the middle can beat many teams. Though beatin OK saturday maybe makes them a bubble team. Also, I think Barnes is a unique offensive setter as well. Breyfogle gets overlooked. She's IMO the top freshmen MB in the league and one of the top 8 MB's in the league.

If anything, Nebraska should have been punished.
