We thought UCLA was done recruiting, but it turns out they have one scholarship remaining. Probably for Murray.
Arizona had three scholarships and has three committments. I'm guessing they are done.
Florida has one remaining scholarship.
Nebraska fans, do you have one more, or are you done?
USC fans, two committments any left?
Washington?
California?
Wisconsin?
Any other top 25 program?

I thought UCLA was done with 3 schollies going to Camp, Sage, and Gil. Do they have 4?

I know they were working hard trying to recruit Amanda Gil. Of course they want a certain local girl. I heard a few names (one who already committed elsewhere) a few months ago, so that remains to be seen. I'm pretty sure Stanford is still recruiting Kelly Murphy.

Well I think Mehring was already accounted for - Rachel Johnson, Mehring, and Megan Schoen. So the big question is who is the fourth? Some have said it's Elise Cartensen, with the infustion of middles, but who knows. John Tawa says that UCLA has one more scholarship, hence the rumors on who else is leaving. Stanford has two scholarships to give out, for Bryn Kehoe and Franci Girard. Of course, it could only be one, if Gabi Ailes goes on scholarship as a sophomore, but I believe she won't be getting a scholarship until she's a junior.

Washington certainly better not be done recruiting, uw will have 4 scholarships available (from Morrison, Deesing, Mussie, and Aratani) and no commitments yet that I know of. I know of one certain Berkeley girl they want. Other than that, I don't know who is on their radar(or more importantly, who has UW on her radar.)

Here is who I have on scholarship for 2008:
Spicer, Sather, Daley, Clements, Cartensen, Holloway, McGraw, Mills, Nucci
That is 9.
With Sage, Gil and Camp, that makes 12.
Is there someone above who is not on scholarship?

Washington has 2 verbals from local MBs: Kelcey Dunaway and another one that has not been revealed officially.

I know of one certain Berkeley girl they want. Really? I don't know of any recruit from Berkeley who would be on UW's radar. However - there is this phenomenal player from El Cerrito (my hometown) who goes to a small Catholic high school in Berkeley.

USC fans, two committments any left? I think for 2008, USC should have 4 scholarships to offer. On the 2006 roster, there were 5 juniors -- Copenhagen, Bishop, Johansen, Kaczor and Siemiatkowska. For the 2007 roster, I think only 4 of them (minus Siemiatkowska) will be on scholarship as the 5th scholarship (and I'm guessing here) will be added to the 3 from graduating seniors (Silhamer, Dillon and Freeburg) for the 4 incoming freshmen (Garrett, Roleder, Urango and Williams). Now the big question for me in 2007 season is who is the back-up setter to Carico (Bateman will be coming in 2008, and Chelsea Wilson was a walk-on DS/S in 2006)?

I think USC only have 11 players on scholies in 2006. With 3 seniors leaving, this will add up to 4 scholies for the incoming freshmen. This will also mean that they have 5 to give for 2008 although I will not be surprised if one is saved for 2009

Many schools we have spoken to have 2008 scholarships available and of course tons of 2009's. This is what is impacting what they are going to do for 2009. We have been told by some to sit tight until they hear from some of the 2008s that are still out there. We are still researching but it helps to know who may have what and for what positions.
