They can't both be on the team, right?

They can't both be on the team, right? They won't both be on the US team very soon, if at all. Eczacibasi is allowed three import players so there's a better chance, though remote at best, that they would be there together.

It's still premature.

There's definitely a correlation between player strength and league, and I don't think she would necessarily have to put in two years of play in Federacion Puertorriquena before heading to Europe like most NCAA products. What country do you guys (and girls) see her ending up in? Italy? Russia? Spain? Turkey? Switzerland?
Maybe I'll put up another poll to that effect come next Spring...

You almost make it sound like NCAA players "have to" go to P/R first. Although the league is sort of considered a stepping stone, the P/R league has several pluses. Among those--climate(with the season playing in our winter), a frantic fan base, a shorter season than the European leagues, an income in $$ for the players, a chance to play with the P/R players and former NCAA players, thus, expanding their international playing experience, a chance to live in and see that country--which they might not otherwise get to do, they are not far away from home for most and a great vacation spot for parents or family to go to visit . I'm sure there are other good points I've left out but wished to suggest the P/R league is a great experience in several ways. Your "have to put in" quote was not a positive thought for me.

Well, since she said in an interview after graduation she wants to play professionally and after that become a pediatrician, that pretty well answers that. Now the question to be answered is where. Across the pond? Puerto Rico? On the beach? We'll just have to wait and see.

Pavan will not have to pay her dues in any league. If she wants, she will go straight to the big boys overseas.

Other times it is the mark of a sadist. I report, you decide.
