What's even better is that we will have many, many opportunities in the future to hear how Hawaii got shafted with its NCAA travel. But then this year we have to live with them getting a (likely) Top 10 pre-season ranking and playing mediocre teams all year. Thus their (over) ranking will remain for much of the year. The revenge will be that the selecting committee will look at their strength of schedule and send them far, far away. And the cycle will repeat itself.

+ Cook timeout in game 1 when it was 2-0 Huskies. The dumbest move in the history of volleyball. His team was fired up and confident and he spooked them and took away their confidence with that dumb timeout. He should turn in his COY trophy. This proved highly controversial.

The fact that this happened still pisses me off.

I know. BiK calling me a moron offended and still offends everybody on this board. I was outraged and he was held accountable!
But thanks for the support. It's appreciated.

Your emotional scars still show. Have you considered counseling?

We did consider it and actually had 5 sessions. BiK ended up weeping like a newborn and spent the next 5 months curled up in the fetal position in front of a Honolulu Cheese shop.
I think he's a better woman for it. I, however, still suffer from PTDS. I've learned to live with it.

For those of you not familiar with it, PTDS stands for Persistent Threat Detection System and there is no known cure. Now you know what led (R)uffda! to the condition he is in now.

Please feel free to add to the thread. I'll start off with this classic line by bomber.... Only because of their regional hosting??? How about the fact that the core of this team, now seniors, has made it to two Elite Eights and one Sweet Sixteen in the last three years without the benefit of a regional hosting There is only a very small handful of teams in the nation that can say that. *NOTE* Wisconsin-Green Bay hosted the 2004 regional held in Green Bay but for all intent and purposes, The Badgers were the hosts, they were playing in their home state, and were the overwhelming crowd favorites so to imply otherwise is just plain low. I knew it...........Bik will never get over 2004. Face it Bik, the Wahine were beaten by a better team that day (that started three freshmen!!!!).

I'm not the only person who thinks the Badgers got lucky either. Scroll through the link....obviously there are other Wahine fans who feel the same. starbulletin.com/blogs/uhsportsextra/late-night-with-the-wahine-ferrell-lands/
