I predict Delano will be ahead of Gates at least by start of season next year! Delano was not known for her work ethic in HS but I'm sure Cook and company will or have taken care of that!

I just saw on the AVCA website that Texas Tech has 2 hitters who've gotten 40+ kills.
Amy Gandy (3 times!) 42 Kills in against UNLV in a 4 game match, 42 against Villanova in 5 games and 40 against Lamar in 5 games. Michelle Flores got 40 kills against Syracuse in a 4 gamer.
BUT...I then realized that Gandy had 40 attempts and such. The AVCA should take them off their 30 Kill Club. Big mistake...my eyes were popping out of my head! In fact, they have a bunch of Tech girls listed in the 30 kill club.

Nebraska just tied USC 7-7 in football. USC killed Nebraska in football, 49-31, and 14 of Nebraska's points came in garbage time late in the 4th quarter. Woooo Hooooo! Nothing makes me happier than watching Nebraska and Notre Dame lose. Killed is 49 to 31. USC is No #1....correct? Shouldn't they be able to perform like that?

I saw Texas Tech pulled an upset and beat Colorado last week. What happened to CU's middle. The boxscore has her only playing 2 games in a five game match and she was hitting .500. Did she get hurt?

I'll surprise many I bet- Nebraska football has always been one of my favorites, along with Notre Dame, USC, Washington and Hawaii. So I am quite disappointed with Nebraska this year. How long can I disassociate it from nebraska's women volleyball. Oh, boy! I'll just keep repeating "they're two different schools, they're two different schools, they're two different schools...."
