Actually, Mike H. is anticipating a new rule to come into effect. In an attempt to create more opportunities for the small in stature players, beginning in 2009 a team can have 9 players on the court at any time provided that 6 of them are no taller than 5'8" tall. In addition to creating opportunities for the shorter players this will help end height inflation which is running rampant in the game! ;D

I thought it was combined height? You're allowed 36 feet of players.
