Under the middle Santa, about the fifth light over on the right, the bulb is out.

Wish I could convince my husband our house needs to do this. The inside of my house looks like an elf threw up (in a good way), but the outside is pretty sparse, IMO.
Heavy sigh - what's that song, "I Hate the Day We Take Down the Christmas Tree", or something like that.

Maybe its because the hubby hate stringing lights on cacti.

Maybe its because the hubby hate stringing lights on cacti. Nope, not a cactus to be seen in our yard. But, other than his lack of Christmas light prowess, he's a great guy, so I can't complain. He puts up with all my "Christmas Crap" (his words) on the inside. Funny thing is, every year he says he's going to buy more lights at the after Christmas sales and really do it up right next year. Great husband, father, has a job - I think I'll keep him. BTW-the high here yesterday was 50 degrees. You'd have thought the way people were dressed it was 10 below.

I know that there's a big temperature gap between the northern/southern region of the state. A week ago, the wind-chill was 30-below in Chicago. Global warming my ass .

I'm near Phoenix. Yes, Flagstaff (about 3 hours north) and Show Low (21/2 hours east) get very cold. I had to open my windows on Christmas Eve so it would be cold enough to light a fire in the fireplace.
