Going into a situation based on what is told to you during a recruiting visiit...when you are 16 or 17, a completely new living situation... how many of you have been through this? It is easy for us to sit back as adults and expect the most out of these young women.....who commit so young. Here sits an exceptional athelete, can you think of how difficult this is for her. Wait for the final "story". I am sure for her it is the best decision.. it IS her life, right.

I said: Lauren could. Has anyone tried asking her or her dad? Several posters on this forum have strong ties to John Cook. Has anyone tried asking them? That's what I said. So, I don't know where all of your hostility suddenly came from...

I just didn't want my post to come across in a way that I didn't intend lol. I understand what you're saying completely, though. That's why I said to ask Lauren - don't just sit around and create BS.

Umm, let's see, go to class in sunny California in January or frigid Nebraska. I know what I'd do!

Lauren started classes yesterday at UCLA. Not that I know anything about this, but she does have to complete one year in residence as terms of her NLI. So, unless she wants to sit a year, she would have to complete the whole first year at UCLA.
