I wonder what happened to The Wallflowers? And I love that Eagle Eye Cherry song. When that song came out, it just had a sense of being a classic hit. They are still around, although their last album came out in like 2005. They tour every few years to try and stay relevant but they usually just fill in on other bands who need a member during a tour or recording session. I heard a rumor they are releasing a greatest album this year.

Surprisingly, they did have other songs chart (such as their cover of Bowie's "Heroes")...but yeah, still not enough to garner a greatest hits album.

I am really a big fan of the new Flogging Molly album, Speed of Darkness, with Revolution as my favorite song off it. The album mostly revolves around the struggles of Detroit.
