Madison is so far out of the picture, she might wind up at Minnesota coming from the west.

It might be for the best if she did not come to Madison; maintaining chemistry with the returning players is more important.

That might already be an issue if the current players aren't happy about losing a player and coach for a player that wound up not coming.

I believe that issue may have been resolved. Morales is still on the Badger roster, and played in the spring match agains Milwaukee. The added depth on the outside would have been nice; considering that the Badger Right-side is the big ?. Mikaelsen and Ording need to step up. I am hoping that the Pawlikowski's can work their reputed excellence at developing outside hitters. Rechel is the only other back-up on the outside. She can be a solid contributor, but she doesn't quite have the arsenal of shots that Chappman and Graff possess.

Maybe she thinks with her presence they won't finish 10th? Plus, MSU has a knack for making the tournament. And winning matches in it.
And maybe all the related conspiracy rumors were totally wrong.

No, it was a NIU player but your link seems conclusive and reliable.

Given all the negative hoopla around her leaving and potentially going to Wisconsin with the assistants, it is probably a good thing she decided to go elsewhere. Time to bring this circus to a close.

Agree on all counts. Time for the next hoopla! We know it is out there just waiting to be discussed.

I am glad she chose somewhere other than Wisconsin and I wish her the best of luck. It'll be fun to watch her grow on the court at Michigan State. She has alot of maturing to do off the court, unfortunately she hasn't been mentored very well. She has so much potential to be a leader, it's too bad she didn't have the skills to do that at NIU. Hopefully she appreciates all that NIU did to promote her, she didn't become #1 in the nation on kills & points by herself, saying negative comments about Ray & the setter that got her there is not a wise thing for her to do. Hopefully someone will work with her on her interviewing skills, things seem to come out wrong which makes her look bad.

I too am glad this circus is over. No one looses a scholarship and the badgers can move forward and the new assistants can focus on moving the Badgers up the Big Ten ladder with the returning players. I really hope they can help develop Ording or Mikaelsen in the next few months, we need somebody to step up
