France and Poland are both higher on the rankings list but that has a lot to do with the performance of RC Cannes. The rest of the league is pretty weak. Tom hasn't played in Poland either.

Euros are weird. Can't even put a comma in the right spot. And why does Poland rate a period? Because they can't spell their own names right?

She hasn't played in France. Their league is not as competitive but their top team (RC Cannes) is Champions League Final Four material. I think Logan knows how to speak some French, too. Didn't she play somewhere in the Middle East too? Not professionally. IIRC, during Logan's time off from the USA team, she did some free volleyball clinics in Israel. Also spent some time with their national team players, practicing with Arie Selinger.

Ze returning to Brazil and coaching a women's team means he cannot coach the women's NT as per CBV rules. I hear Ze may be involved in some kind of supervisory role at Amil. I wonder if there's a loophole that will allow him to be a consultant but not head coach of a superliga team while being the NT coach... a consultant like Karpol was in the Swiss and Russian leagues for a while.

I originally thought that Lindsey Berg will be retiring from the sport following the London games... but in a recent Italian interview she said that she also planned on doing so, but that because of offers that have come in, she is unsure where she will go... has anyone heard anything about where these offers might be coming from?

Who else is in Rabita for next year?
Foluke was wasted in Russia. Her team could not pass and they couldn't set her.

Rabita Baku doesn't have a lot of confirmed people for next year yet. AFAIK, they're getting a new coach. They have Natasa Krsmanovic and Mira Golubovic in the middle. Nothing official on who their receivers will be. If Foluke does sign with Rabita, her setter will be the legendary Irina Zhukova.

Akinradewo will be playing in Rabita Baku next season. The team also confirmed that Zhukova (setter), Krsmanovic and Golubovic (MB) will stay. They already have two solid middles and still sign Foluke. Very weird transfer policy.
Hope they could pass well so all the middles will be utilized.

Rabita must pay extremely well. Is Mammadova coming back?

Rabita must pay extremely well. Is Mammadova coming back? Mamadova might be a good attacker, but she's not a good receiver. Rabita should sign a world-class receiver if they want to succeed in the champions league.

Osmokrovic was a good passer.
Isn't Logan rumored to play in this league?
