As far as college players go, I don't want them to be steady through their career. I want them to get better. Yeah, defining "steady" could help. Regardless, I'd put my vote in for Tamari Miyashiro. She was real good from day one. Now, if we're talking about the glue or anchor type, but not necessarily spectacular, player, then I'd say Cassidy Lichtman.

How are Arielle Wilson's skills compared to Foluke and/or Harmotto? In other words, why hasn't she been playing for or trying to play for the national team? I hear you on that one. My only guess would be that we are currently stacked at the MB position and she has had the misfortune of going pro the season before the olympics. She seems to still be figureing out the international game, and I heard that the passing on her team is tragic...orno the best, so I don't know how well the middles are established there. She seems like a no-brainer to be on the team, but with only one proseason under her belt it may be too soon.
