And if she is that good, she is still going to have to learn Illinois' system and style of play. I like Luhrsen's style and it meshed well with Bartsch and Ward, hopefully that transitions into the new starters.

I would think ANY freshman beating out a fifth year senior with the qualifications Luhrsen has will be tough. Doesn't mean it can't be done.

[/quote] Just for clarity's sake: It's unlikely Viliunas will beat out Luhrsen this year (possible but not probable). Annie did a fine job last year and I expect she'll be even better this year. My intent in posting the above quote/paraphrase was meant as an example of how high level DI coaches think about competition/playing time rather than a commentary on Hambly's plan at setter this year.
