What happened to Darnel? I missed the first part of the match.
Last two points were Foot fault Brasil, Serve out Turkey. Yikes!

The Turkish coach is obviously not Turkish, as he's speaking English to the team. This match is a slugfest as the Turks put some serious heat on the ball. Believe it or not, he's Brazilian!!! He was head coach of the Brazilian Women's team from 2001 till 2003 Grand Prix.

Turkey gave it their all with out Darnel. Can't wait for Monday. Darnell played, at least most of the first set. Then my replay gave out, but I think I read she had a reasonable amount of points.

Darnell (Neslihan) played for actually most of the match ... I think they might have pulled her out in the fifth set.

They pulled Darnel in the fourth, when they were down considerably, then came back to force a 5th.

Turkeys passing was horrendous,IMO. I thought Brazil played well overall, Turkey just put the ball away at critical times. I'd be interested to see how many errors Turkey racked up for the match. It's got to be a lot.
