Japan was so good on floor defense! I don't think they had one block the entire match, but they let so few balls touch the floor. And I just adore their setter. Congratulations to Japan!

Sad to see Kim Yeon Koung go home without a medal. She had a RIDICULOUS tournament.

So I turned on NBC and there was the bronze medal match...Awesome I thought its LIVE. Until I got here and saw who won . But a great match anyways

Did you read Odin's discussion of this board? If you had, you would realize that threads may contain spoilers.
Remember, this is an international board. Even if it were U.S.-only, trying to conform to NBC's arbitrary, capricious and (in some cases) time zone-specific coverage schedule would be difficult at best.
The gold medal match will be watched live by hundreds of VTers and its thread will be full of spoilers... be warned.

5'3" setter - unreal. Loved the joust she won with Kim. That is a fun team to watch.
Poor Kim for Korea. Her arm must be ready to fall off. She is awesome.
