According to the Big West web site, all matches will be streamed on-line. Hope this is true, although I know that it will be broadcast on ESPN 1420 too as is the case with all Wahine road games.

I was hoping ^^this^^ would not get posted. The less people on the stream, the more likely it will be viewable and not in buffer mode.

According to the Big West web site, all matches will be streamed on-line. I didn't know that. Thanks for posting this info! And I do hope all the BW schools provide Live Stream and not just a few.

If Hawaii is as good as it supporters on this board say, with this weak Big West conference, how many sets will you lose in conference play? You should sweep 70% of your matches in conference.

I don't really care how weak a conference the Big West is believed to be, Hawaii will be challenged. This is too proud a conference to lay down for Hawaii.

Big west will not be a push-over. Wahine will get challenged when playing other teams on their home court. I wouldn`t be surprised if they even went to a couple 5 set matches or have a loss in conference. Wahine just gotta be ready.

UOP, Northridge, & Long Beach will between them win against Hawaii. I'd say 2-3 times, possibly more. I wouldn't discount UOP & Northridge's experience and Long Beach has yet to play at full strength with just getting one of their best middles back.
Hawaii will lose at least 10 sets.

I think we could lost maybe one match, two if we're playing poorly but realistically I don't see Hawaii getting pushed too badly this year. A healthy LBSU would have caused us some problems but with that not the case, Hawaii should win this conference with ease.

I think Hawaii will definitely win the BIg West, because I think there are only 3 teams they will realisticly lose to. Whereas Hawaii, UOP, LB are susceptible to lose to any team in the Big West. Even if Hawaii were to lose 3 matches, they'd probably still win the conference. Tomorrow at Northridge should be interesting - if the Northridge program is ever going to make a statement, tomorrow is the day.

Yes, the Northridge match will be intriguing and I hope our ladies will not come out flat because I'm sure Northridge will want to make a statement.

I think Hawaii will win the league, but they will be challenged, especially on the road. They have a long trip to make, and it isn't easy being being the team against whom everyone is wanting to make a statement. The Wahine aren't so overwhelming that they will be able to go in and dominate consistently in those situations. Few teams are.

Belated welcome to Hawai'i to the Big West and to CSUN in a few words - go for it and don't let up. I'm looking forward to seeing how tough and focus this CSUN team is. Last year they impressed and proved me wrong after so many years of losing seasons. I feel that CSUN will put up a fight...they should for many reasons, be the first CSUN team to defeat a visiting Hawai'i team on their home court, end their losing streak to Hawai'i and prove to themselves that they're not just a good team but a very good team(note...I never said that this CSUN team is excellent or superior). One thing I don't want to see tomorrow night is CSUN being overwhelmed and in awe who they see across the net and keep on thinking that they're playing Hawai'i, that they've lost focus or unable to readjust(like what I witnessed against Wisconsin at LBSU a few weeks ago). As for what I expect to see from Hawai'i. Not their A game but their A+ game.
Y'al know what team I'm gonna pick. CSUN wins in 5 and wins the last set...15-6. Or CSUN wins in four very tight sets and what I dont' want to see happen tomorrow night CSUN loses in three with scores like 25-9, 25-19 and 25-10. With scores like that it's ugly and makes for one very loooong night to the losing team.
Welcome to CSUN Hawai'iand Go Matadors!!!

I'm just glad Hawaii won't be flying to Louisiana, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Oklahoma, and Texas like it used to in the old WAC.
