One of the 2014 recruits is on unofficial visit currently, she is a 6' 2 Middle from Oregon named Taylor Agost. I believe Oregon is after her as well.

No offense but there is no one on Maui and Moloka`i for that matter, that can compete at that level at this time...unless you know someone that you think could compete for the Wahine...the only one with slight potential is Sienna Davis from Kamehameha-Maui who graduates this school year...so going by the title of the thread there is no one in the Class of 2014 that will be able to compete at that level...the MIL is in a rebuilding phase and the talent level is not that high at the current time... Really you need to be real the talent level is just not that high to compete at the top Division I level...I don't believe there are any politics involved in this, it is just if you don't have the game to play for the Wahine or at that level you won't...Maui girls just aren't at that level...Maui was just fortunate to have Ginger and Kalei playing in the MIL at the same time...how often have you seen a girl from Maui on the Wahine roster and for that matter contribute? It has nothing to do with politics its just the level of play on Maui is far behind the play of the girls on O`ahu...not saying there isn't talent on Maui, but not at the level of competing at the top Divison I level...for that matter how often have you seen a girl from the MIL playing at a top DI program? The last I could remember was Leahi Hall at Stanford from 2001-2004. non taken, just saying if a lot of these girls played for Punahou, KSK, or other oahu schools they would deffenetly make div 1 and not because of talent but because where they are, talent wise they are pretty close to Oahu Girls individual skills. There is a lot of clubs popping up now and talent from younger kids are surly to compete in the coming years, I cant wait. Oh and Sienna Davis is an awesome ALL around player, (even set this past year for her club) but again because we are here and not THERE she will have a very hard time getting noticed. I would disagree with this...the talent level is clear that Maui does not compete with O`ahu...you could see it at the state tournament this year...Kamehameha-Maui just dominated Maui, but got dominated at the state tournament by Kamehameha-Kapalama...they struggled to score 15 points in a set...the talent gap is just too wide for Maui to compete with O`ahu girls... the difference is girls on O`ahu play year round and are devoted and dedicated to the sport, the girls on Maui aren't...lots of these girls are multi sport athletes and don't focus on one sport...I have been associated with lots of these girls and clubs and the drive of the Maui girls aren't there like the girls on O`ahu...you can see it on the court...several times watching the girls from Kamehameha-Maui it seemd like they didn't want to be on the court they show no emotion, while the O`ahu girls were tuned into the match and playing every point like it was their last... once again no offense to the girls on Maui, but until they put in that extra effort and want to be better, they'll never be at the level of the girls on O`ahu...maybe one or two players here and there on Maui can compete, but as an island there is just no comparison...

Maybe about a minute or so of highlights of Kalei Greeley (Is she part native Hawaiian?) during a match.

... and Nebraska recently picked up a player because she could meet standards there but couldn't at Wisconsin. Has this been confirmed?

If you go to her club's website, it has the commitment on the right side of the page. The father of Krista Vansant (Washington) is one of the coaches for her club. www.ranchovalleyvolleyballclub.com/IMO, a good get for Hawai'i.

I think that's a violation if it is. If it is just some fan's facebook page then that should be fine.
