I thought it might be a browser issue (CSS interpretation?), but I tried several (Firefox, MSIE, Safari, Chrome), and I see the same thing in all of them. (1) If I'm not logged in, I see a blue border, the messages are white text on a dark gray field, and the quotations set off by a slightly lighter gray line. (2) If I am logged in (and using the "Traditional VT" theme), I see the blue everywhere, and the quotations set off by a very slightly lighter blue line. To change the theme you see while logged in, here's what to do: Click "Profile" in the header menu. Click "Edit Profile" button in the box that comes up (it's a gray button on the right). Click the "Settings" tab. Under "Forum Theme" select "Default" (or whatever theme you'd like to use) Scroll down and click "Save Account Settings" The traditional VT theme is the theme the forum had before I took over. I forgot I left it!

To change the theme you see while logged in, here's what to do: ... Yes, I know. I had been using the Traditional VT theme all along. After the upgrade, I tried them all and settled on the "Work" theme. Which is not that pretty, but easier to read. That's why I said had to switch back to the Traditional VT theme to show you what the problem is. So no plan to edit the themes, to improve the contrast?

Odin,
Can we get the links like Rich Kern added to this new format? Note that if they are already there, just laugh at me and point me to them.
Thanks

For version 6 -or- : I would like to see a "Go to page #" box available; so in the longer threads you can go directly to the page number that you already know instead of just seeing ie. 1 2 3 ... 87 88 89. If you know what you want is on or around page 30, it takes you a bit to get there. Thx

Click on the "..." and it asks you for a specific page. Thanks (R)uffda - I didn't pay close enough attention, my computer was automatically blocking that window and asking for permission to allow - Thx, Again.
