Hi there, Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I'm a newbie, and Washington fan. I attended the Washington-Stanford game on Wednesday, and buying tickets for the 1st and 2nd Regional games. Looking forward to the bracket announcement tomorrow. Welcome to the board, seattlerocker. Let us know your thoughts as the tournament unfolds.

Thanks for the heads up on the new Volleyblog post. It also says that the word on Crissy Jones is "day to day." So the jury is still out on her role in the tournament, but at least it's not worse news at this point. I suppose we should keep checking Volleyblog for updates on both Jones and Beals. Interesting that Volleyblog feels that Oregon should not get a seed based on late season performance.

There was a wave of us during the Courtney Thompson championship era, now the new gen is here. I feel old.

Case in point, he has Stanford and Texas in the same regional, well THAT I can almost assure you will NOT be happening.

Yes, I realize that it is purely his subjective opinion that does not purport to follow any NCAA criteria; I'm just noticing that a few people are very unimpressed how Oregon finished the season. Early exit?

I'm a newly registered forum member, although I have been guest lurking since the beginning of 2013. I have been a Washington vb fan since shortly after jmac took the program reins, and among the wave of fans ay mentioned- as I recently got my Medicare card, I know how he feels I guess. my user name is from the Beatles song, because when I see a match I always feel like the show on trampoline is for my benefit. I've enjoyed and learned alot from your comments, and the feeling of community here, so-" Thanks, all"
