Without a release that would not be legal... It isn't illegal to ask people to inform someone transferring of opportunities.

Here's a link to a skills video she shot last week:
Unfortunately she was only able to get a couple of players to help; as a result she was unable to simulate game situations and speed and only shows her release, ball location and some hitting. When she gets home next week she's going to shoot some video playing six on six to show game speed and footwork.

It's interesting to watch her overall setting style. When not in the air, her legs are totally straight at the moments of contact and release, while most people have some flex at that point. Different people do things different ways? It clearly seems to work well for her. Are there positives and negatives to each? (Not necessarily directed to colonel84). Good luck to you and her in finding a situation that works for her. I hope you have a lot to choose from.
