Orr or krause I think. But likely orr Is Batenhorst a top 10 lock? I'm thinking she's in the 11-25 range as well as Gray. Also who do you think is the top L for this class? Rodriguez most likely, other senior ace libs will be beavin, dupes, Frazier maybe

So who are we thinking as the top recruit for 2021? Battle of the setters? Miner/Orr? Francis? Krause? Has Francis committed to neb yet? I thought she was looking more Stanford bound at this point.

Anecdote: jasonr said that when he shook Orr's hand it was like when he shook Peyton Manning's. Apparently, she has huge hands. Not sure if that necessarily conveys any advantage for a setter, but thought it was interesting. It does. Most definitely. I am a setter and have abnormally large hands, it allows you to touch more of the ball than other people, making location and pushing pin to pin much easier Doesn't hurt an attacker either. I remember Coach Cook talking about Mikaela's hands: Her contact at the point of attack, and the resulting compression of the volleyball. - KaBoom!

This is surely being talked about elsewhere, but congratulations to '21 recruits Krause, Rodriguez, and Orr (Best Setter) for winning the U18 World Championship with Team USA. Rodriguez and Orr were on the court for this tournament, with Krause subbing in sporadically. Batenhorst considered, but not selected for the final roster

Sorry; I looked all over the internet and found no info on said plans! Is this a fact? GO HUSKERS It’s all talk behind the scenes right now. Talk about a stand-alone volleyball arena and athletic facility for football is picking up steam lately. I don’t know where the new arena would be. I think it would be too crowded for a new arena to replace the NU Coliseum. I would like to see a new arena in a more open area with more land. There’s huge talk about moving Ed Weir Stadium (NU track & field facility) somewhere else so a new football Taj Mahal building can be built in its place. Golf facilities are mentioned along with a new aquatics facility for the swimming and diving teams. So the next building phase in the athletic department is gonna be a whopper! Plans are being put together for improvements to Memorial Stadium. There’s talk about a major overhaul of the south stadium among other things. I’m really interested in seeing the upcoming athletic facilities master plan. It’s been several years since a study was done and a master plan put together. With the facilities announcement coming today, how on earth did you know upgrades were coming for football, golf, and swimming 4 months ago? I need you to tell us about the volleyball facilities now lol. bball knows a lot about this. Have you heard anything else bball?

This is where the old Colosseum is. They will keep the indoor football field pavilion. A new volleyball facility will be built to seat 10,000 +. It will be a volleyball mega plex and world renown. Wrestling and gymnastics, track, erc. will expand within the devaney. Volleyball will expand into their new facility. That's all I've been told.

It's just something I've been told multiple times, so time well tell. I dont think there are any concrete answers at the moment for your estimated time of arrival.

Rylee is becoming a great player. I think she was let down by not making the USA training team roster a few months back, from previously being invited. But she is starting to prove her case as one of the top 2021 MBs in the country right now.

Potential for an exciting matchup in the Chicago Asics challenge. If both schools take care of business during pool play, Skutt (Krause) and Assumption (Debeer) will play in the semifinals. Debeer is a little banged up but should play and Rader is concussed, but Assumption is loaded as always.
