Everyone is making prieto out to be a Allstar when she couldn't play well enough to keep a starting spot at psu. But if it makes Texas fans feel better so be it She couldn't play well enough to keep a starting spot at PSU? Do you understand the difficulty of what you just shrugged off? 7 girls out of 5000 get to start for the national championship winning team but since she was the next outside on the depth chart she must not have been very good.... She has a bunch of freshman comming in. She must have felt she wasn't gonna get much playing time. That's telling me she was worried she wasn't good enough to take one of those spots

Texas was loaded before but I think bringing in Baker/Prieto will unload some of the pressure that was going to be placed on Eckerman's shoulders. And Baker redshirted, hence why she "rode the bench" and Prieto was playing behind Deja/Scott who have 7 All-American awards between the two of them. Texas was going to be great before, but adding in 2 former top 10 recruits on the pins makes them even more lethal. Everyone is making prieto out to be a Allstar when she couldn't play well enough to keep a starting spot at psu. But if it makes Texas fans feel better so be it What a stupid comment. Prieto had three exceptional players, including two multiple-time All-Americans, playing in front of her. You make it seem so simple, and it's an insult to her abilities as a player. Her mix of skills wasn't needed for PSU this season, but you can bet your ass that she gave the starting six everything they could handle in practice. Rose always spoke highly of her skills and the fire she brought to the court. Sitting behind All-Americans doesn't mean that she wasn't good enough there, or that she won't be good enough at Texas.

And if it was (which I don't think it was), then why would you go to Texas of all places? They have 2 top 5 OH recruits that aren't freshmen as compared to PSU which has 1 top 5 junior on the outside and 1 top 5 freshman.

USC, Purdue, Penn St. and Stanford. Of course depending on seeding, some teams may meet each other earlier in the tournament like Penn St. and Stanford did 2013 season.

That's telling me she was worried she wasn't good enough to take one of those spots There are literally dozens of other reasons she could have wanted to transfer. You don't know anything about the details of her transfer or about her motives for doing so. And if potential playing time was the only issue, she sure as hell wouldn't pick Texas to walk into a starting lineup with Baker, Eckerman, and Dalton competing for time on the left, and all the middles competing for time on the right, especially considering she has no idea who she's competing against having never seen Baker or Dalton play. Another stupid comment.

Everyone has their own opinion. I just think she's highly overrated. She will have a chance to prove me wrong. As far as Texas is concerned they will never reach full potential until jerrit learns how to coach his offensive to be more muti dimension then just that moonball offensive. When your that predictable , if u run into a good defensive team with decent offense u will be exposed , as they were to Wisconsin last year

She could have left because she would not get playing time, but more than likely, there was another reason for leaving, considering she went to TEXAS out of all places. I mean thats like a middle going to stanford last year. Anyways, from the matches I did see, Prieto is an EXCELLENT player and will challenge for a starting position. Stop bashing her for no reason. Its quite ridiculous IMO

My picks for the final four are BYU, Stanford, USC, and texas. Now I know BYU is a long shot and it will all depend on regionals, but BYU will be a VERY good team next year. They have gray and hamson returning and a solid supporting cast.

In the overall scheme of things I have no idea if I'm right just like u gave no idea that I'm wrong. It's all opinion ...based on zero facts. The rest of us try to make educated opinions based on data, evaluation, statistics, performance. Don't let logic get in your way though.
