I thought I would list my picks for best in the country at their respective positions. In order for my picks top 3.
OH? 1. Vansant, 2. Rolfzen, 3. Burgess
MB/MH? 1. Ajanaku, 2.Bell, 3. Sybeldon
Setter? 1. Carlini, 2. Bugg, 3. Hancock
RS? 1. Nwanebu, 2. Nora, 3. Ogbogu
Libero? 1. Gilbert, 2. Benson, 3. Wong Orantes
Some others I like Eckerman but her passing and serve receive are shaky at times I think not as a 6 rotation OH but she is lethal out there, same goes for Bricio. Tapp at MB for Minnesota really impressed me last year. Pollmiller is up there for me too. The girls from Florida are very good I forget the name of their RS she was really impressive to me last season, also Unroe at libero won them a match against A&M with her serve.

Bahaha. Bugg ahead of Hancock. Go away. Everyone loves Hancock for her flashy serve but go back and watch their regional final against Stanford that serve almost cost them the match. When its on its great when its off its just not there plus she isn't a great setter I have seen a lot of double touches from her. I think Bugg is a more pure setter. People forget she wasn't always a setter. Also that serve did play a part in why they lost to Texas in their OOC match up last season. Its just how I feel.

IMO Moster from Michigan State should be there, especially if you have Wong-Orantes is. Not a knock on Wong-Orantes but watching the B1G, Moster is in her own league at libero.

Hate to beat on the dead horse, but whether Hancock's serve is off or on, she is still feared. Teams devote extra time for practice just for her serve alone. So you have to take her as a whole package, which includes serving, offense, setting, and etc. That goes the same for all players.

Eckerman is POY material, and has been the last few seasons. Vansant is elite, as well. The other two you listed are okay, but not in Eckerman's league as far as hitting, blocking, back-row attacking, and serving. Personally, I'd take Megan Courtney over Rolfzen and Burgess.

I really like Eckerman but my issue is her passing and serve receive when teams key on her and that breaks down she lacks the ability to be as good as Burgess and Rolfzen have. I have seen those girls dig bombs and serve receive much better than Eckerman. Courtney to me is really inconsistent but she is definitely up there I would have listed both of them along with Bricio but then I would just be going on a rant about hitters.

OH: Vansant, Eckerman MB: Ajanaku, Ogbogu S: Carlini, Hancock RS: Nwanebu, Higgins L: Moster, Nolan Completely forgot about Higgins on the RS she is elite. Nolan what team does she play for? I had thought Moster had graduated but she is returning yes she is definitely one of the best liberos in the country.

I really like Bricio, but I thought she really wore down last year in the tournament, and it really affected SC. I would take Hancock into any battle anywhere.

I googled "volleyball higgins" and I get a freshman setter from Hawaii and a sophomore DS at Oklahoma, so can we use full names at some point?
Which Rolfzen is the OP referring to?
