The SEC Network and the PAC12 Network are making plans to blow the BTN away in volleyball coverage. Not sure if the product is as good, but much more matches - it sounds like... I guess SEC volleyball is better than...well...I'm struggling here. Help me out.

Yay! At last. (And boo. Most of the televised Gopher matches are at home.)

Has there been an official ESPN/2/U TV scheduled announced? I see that Nebraska @ Wisconsin will be on ESPN2 live, while Penn St. @ Minny and Illinois @ Nebraska will be online live and then tape delayed.
Other ESPNU matches: Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas @ Iowa State; Texas @ WV; USC @ UCLA; Oregon @ Stanford; Oregon @ Washington

So based on that link, They have a NEW service called BTN Plus which is a special subscription you have to pay for to get some content and this subscription does not require you to have BTN on your TV from your provider. Seems like they are trying to squeeze more money out of fans. Example: The upcoming Nebraska vs Florida State match is "Pay only" Even if you have the CBS Sports Ulive BTN Digital subscription. I attempted to log onto my BTN Digital subscription from BTN Plus logon window and it didn't work which leaves me to believe it's a separate subscription. If this is true than I may as well cancel my CBS Ulive Subscription. BTN PLUSON the positive side, there will be a lot more content available.

From I saw when I looked earlier(last week), not much in the way of BIG Ten matches and that's mostly audio only. I did see some Wisconsin matches(video) but haven't cross referenced them to see if they were both on BTN Plus and BTN Digital. Based on what BTN website says, BTN Plus are the Student video run matches (Student U). BTN Plus subscription is the same price as BTN Digital is: Conference pass is $14.95 and School pass is $9.95. FAQ BTN PLUS Common questions about BTN Plus What is BTN Plus? BTN Plus programming includes non-televised games and events available on BTN2Go with a purchase of a BTN Plus subscription. BTN Plus content features live games produced by students at Big Ten universities. A subscription to BTN Plus on BTN2Go does NOT require a Big Ten Network TV subscription with a TV provider. How do I get BTN Plus? To access BTN Plus programming, you must purchase a BTN Plus Subscription (see pricing, subscription length and conference/school pass options listed above) and create a BTN2Go account. If you are not logged in to your BTN2Go account, or do not have an active BTN Plus Subscription, you will see a black LOCK icon next to BTN Plus programming. What is included with BTN Plus? Games and events included in your BTN Plus subscription are non-televised games and events. To check if a game is included with your BTN Plus subscription, look for the "BTN Plus" designation next to the game or event you want to watch. A BTN Plus Subscription does not include access to other televised (BTN/ESPN/CBS/etc.) content on BTN2Go.

So confusing. I'm guessing Big Ten Digital is becoming obsolete? They don't list many actual conference matches on the site now; I'm guessing I will have to subscribe to BTN Plus AND CBS Sports ULive to get comprehensive coverage (usually, that subscription would get you the BIG matches on Digital and other non-BIG contests)? In SHOCKING news, I discovered I actually get the SEC Network in HD with the Comcast package I already have...I tuned in and saw Maria Taylor Still no Pac-12 Network access at all. BOO!!!! (DISH Network seems to be the answer to all the woes...)

Dang, only three televised matches for Illinois? What'd you expect? It's BTN we're talking about here. It's all about the football games, pre-game and post-game shows, more football commentary shows, and B1G football replay games. There ain't no time for volleyball because football is the only thing that matters! (Even if its a game from 12 years ago...)

I wish what you were saying wasn't true, but it is. BTN stinks in its coverage of live events other than third rate football or basketball games.

This is a little depressing. Please keep us informed when additional tv or streaming coverage becomes available. TIA.

I don't expect much from BTN, but I think last year we got 4 or 5 matches televised.

I like how Illinois and Ohio St. have nearly as many matches on the Pac-12 Network (2/1, respectively) as they will on the Big Ten Network (3/2).
