No worries about Edmond bringing it up again. It was timely.

Does anyone know which sections will be behind the up ref and which are on the side with the down ref? I'm considering going but don't like to sit on the side with the up-ref blocking some of the view. I am interested in this information as well. Century Link center has a diagram up on their website and I think ticketmaster probably does too. I used the telephone to get best service because you cannot pick exact section on website. I have not found diagrams that specify which side has the up ref. If you have, or you have talked with someone about the up ref location, please tell us what you found out. The basic question is the up ref is on the side with Section 105/205 or 121/221.

sorry volleylearner, I didn't get that far. I have no idea about that but if you call ticketmaster and tell them you want behind or opposite the benches, they should be the ones to know that. gotta do your own digging sometimes if you want to get the ball up

This is great for US Volleyball. Hope the US gets into the final round next year. There certainly is an advantage in playing before a home crowd--just look at Japan! Not sure what the reasons are the US did not get into the final round; I am just now watching some of the matches on line. I live in Hawaii and was present at the first meeting between Brazil and US and we kicked butt. The US was so scary efficient I almost felt sorry for Brazil. But with the same line up as in the match I saw in Hawaii, Brazil did the same to the US in Brazil. I'm thinking about changing my vacation plans for next year...hmmm...

Usually 'courtside" seats are opposite the team benches, and on the same side as the up ref. This would leave me to believe that Section 121 would be the side opposite the up ref. Of course, this is not definitive. P.S. I doubt asking the Ticketmaster representatives would do much good. I suspect they wouldn't even know what an "up ref" was.
