Based PURELY on the red/wht scrimmage performance, starters for Neb: MBs: Haggerty & Keil L: Wong-Orantes S: Hunter RS: Larson/DS combo OHs: Albrecht & ? Ostrander/K. Rolfzen
Of course, as has been mentioned before, the scrimmage results were somewhat problematic because of the ball control issues on the red side of the court.
Any eyewitness reports from the Florida St scrimmage on Aug. 23?

Any eyewitness reports from the Florida St scrimmage on Aug. 23? I didn't see the scrimmage, but you think Amber will start and you think Hunter will start over Pollmiller? Hmm, interesting. I just didn't expect that.

I know Amber and Kadie both looked like they did not give 100% on Saturday, but Cook will not be setting them down. I do know some coaches who expect 100% in practice because they feel you play the way you practice and have no problem setting them down to make a point but that is just not going to happen. NE needs them on the court.

The twins are the heart and soul of the Huskers this year. We need to keep them on the court period.

The twins are the two best volleyball athletes on Nebraska's team. I don't believe many Husker fans would agree they are the heart and soul of the Huskers. I know I would not. They need to have great years for the team to succeed.

It's Florida State @ Nebraska ... then we can discuss appropriately, because BIG RED is playing at the Devaney Ctr.

They may have the most talent, but heart and soul refers to intangibles, chemistry, charisma. Not sure I would describe them that way. Marvellous players, good people, but not really heart and soul players. IMO

Nebraska's lineup will juggle until B1G play! We might see lots of surprises for the new few weeks!

Another Season - 24+ hours to go. I can see quite a few different combination of players put on the floor before the conference season starts. My guess for starters in this match are: S: Pollmiller MB's: Hall, Haggerty - (sub Keil in for either) RS: A. Rolfzen - spot sub by Ostrander during match OH's: K. Rolfzen, Fien - sub Albrecht for Fien in the back row, and sometimes play her all the way around for Fien L: Wong-Orantes DS's: Ethridge, Townsend - sub back row accordingly My guess, but I have been wrong in the past!
