Has anyone heard about this? Is it true that she will be going there to play professionally?

I'm not sure, but if its true that all the players that have recently been announced are actually going it looks like the league is turning into the Former US all american girls league. I guess it is the next best thing to playing in America because it is a commonwealth.

Teams from Puerto Rico have also been approaching players from Turkey. One of the teams there wanted Hanikoglu but gave up once they found out about how much they get paid here...
With the number and caliber of american players going there, it looks like it'd be a fun league to watch...

Really? How much do they get paid there, or is that just what you heard with no numbers to back it up???

Top players (like Hanikoglu, Demir and such who play for Gunes and Eczacibasi) get paid in the range of 70 to 100 grand per year. These are numbers published by the Turkish VB Fed. I'd think actual numbers could be above those...
