Does anybody else here follow Big Sky conference teams? Should be an interesting year with the addition of Idaho and the creation of divisions and a new playoff format...

All matches played on a home court in the Big Sky can be viewed for free at www.watchbigsky.comSCHOOL OVERALLNorthNorth Dakota 6-2 Eastern Washington 4-2 Northern Colorado 4-2 Montana State 2-4 Idaho 2-5 Montana 0-6 SouthNorthern Arizona 6-0 Southern Utah 6-0 Idaho State 2-4 Sacramento State 2-5 Weber State 2-5 Portland State 1-5 Some thoughts: Looks like there (again) will be a tight race at the top of the conference for home court advantage in the playoffs! What happened to Portland State this year? Is their record a product of tough scheduling or are they expected to have a down year, overall?

I assume most are playing a tourney and the competition will be dialed back, (no research to support), and the line ups are going to be closer to what all will see in conference play??? At least UNC won't be playing a top 25 school, tho still tourney qualifier in Hampton and successful pre- season so far by Wyoming.
How bout North Dakota?

Northern Arizona will have their 9-0 record tested with Hawaii twice this weekend. Not a top 25 ranking anymore at 26, but almost at full strength with the return of OH Nikki Taylor.
Has Northern Arizona ever played Hawaii? Couldn't find anything on the records, appreciate any inputs.

This will be the first meeting between Hawai'i and Northern Arizona. Btw, Northern Arizona is going to be 9-2 after this weekend.

Not a NA fan but that pick might stink higher than your avatar!!! :-) LOL, good one! I'm not one to make predictions like that, but have to agree with BIK, Hawaii has too much firepower with the addition of the return of my Avatar. Thanks for the record check BIK.

Don't sleep on Portland State - they have played a very tough OOC schedule...

Will be down at the Mississippi State tournament. We play them, Mississippi Valley State, Pacific, and SIU-Edwardsville. I'm expecting us to come out of the weekend 3-1, as Pacific looks to be really tough. Could maybe sneak out a win if Lexi Robinson and Faith Dooley play well - Dooley is currently leading the country in total blocks, and she is only a freshman.

Good luck, I assume Portland St, Idaho, Idaho St, will be pretty salty with one or two others that can compete!
