Great for her to get the face time! Great job by Villanova's announcer. I hope all of the in-school announcing teams in the B1G were taking notes.

Has anyone seen skylar dykstra or what's going on with her? I saw her sub in twice in the 4 matches. Wondering if Nia Reed is a possible red shirt since she isn't playing. Looked great in warm ups.

why do you think there's something going on with Washington? She played today. Maybe they're easing her in. Depending on the injury you have to be super careful to be sure it heals properly. Hopefully all is well. Just seemed odd that she didn't warm up with the team and wasn't dressed to play.

Some thoughts/opinion on this weekend: Frantti of course is a very good all round player. Needs to learn to hit with a block in place. That likely was not an issue in highschool! Also to keep the ball in front of her when the set is off the net. Courtney just looks so good. Playing high IQ. Dominique doesn't get a lot of mention, but she passes well and makes some really good defensive plays. Simone is another big hitter....Lacey plays back row for her usually and does a great job on defense. Nia Grant has really improved. Her back slide is pretty lethal. Aiyana looked good in the middle, but I like her better outside. Is that her more natural position? Micha is impressive. As has been mentioned her serve is a game changer... When PSU is in system they are really tough to beat.

Great observation regarding PSU being tough to beat in system, and yes Micha is impressive.

Is it just me, or is anyone else tired of hearing about a "high volleyball IQ?" A player can play like crap, and he or she still has a high volleyball IQ? Is there a test?

I guess you missed school that day. RR gives all his players the test.

Some players could have 4 years of experience while others have one year of experience 4 times.
