I'm thinking God has more pressing priorities.

I'm actually surprised how bad Nebraska has looked. I guess I agree with a earlier post that last year having robo hid a lot of Mary's weaknesses, but there's no one to hid behind this year and she's being exposed. Watching Nebraska last year and this, seemed robo could turn nothing into something where the twins don't seem to be as skilled as that. They have to have good sets to be on.

I'm not so sure even Robo could have done much with some of the balls Mary was setting last night.

What does Nebraska have to do to beat the Longhorns? bring back Lauren Cook, Jordan Larson, and Kelsey Robinson. Melissa Elmer also if she is free.

Texas has virtually the same team as last season that went into the same building and brought the brooms to Nsbraska. Although Webster had a monster match against Nebraska. I think Texas could and should sweep. Nebraska needs to try to make a match of it to show they belong.

Texas has 4 sometimes 5 players that didn't play significant minutes or at all last year playing this year. Different offense as well as a vast improvement in passing/defense as well.

So then do you think they should sweep? I was referring to Eckerman, Bell, McCage, Ogbogu, Neal, Brooks and Pilar. I remember them all playing some in last years match up. The first four I named all played a good match last year. I don't know if home court advantage applies with this Nebraska team. I think Texas has improved in passing and McCoy is an upgrade from Palmer also the setting is better too.

Pilar had a very limited role if any last time they played, the setting is coming from two setters who did not play in that regional final, the Libero is a freshman, Bell, and Ogbogu are all playing in different positions than they were last year, and Prieto-Cerame played for Penn State. I still believe Texas will handle Nebraska fairly easily (or at least I hope so) but it's going to be a completely different game

If the setters fan set Eckerman the right ball, and molly plays like she has been, this will be an easy match for the longhorn. They are better in EVERY position other than L2. (Pilar has been struggling). I would even argue that McCoy is on the same level as Justine. (Justine may be better though, she's fantastic)
