Truth be told, I thought the US performed better than I expected during round 1, but now there will be tougher opponents in round 2, how far can they go I wonder?

I think they performed slightly better than I expected against Russia. But on the whole worse then I anticipated in their first round matches prior to their encounter with the Russkies.
They seem to rise up against the best opponents but sometimes go through the motions against teams they should defeat more handily. Despite their erratic play in the first round I think Brazil are the favorites. But I think the US, Russia, and China all have a shot.

I Think this WC will be a replay of Olympics.
Brazil are favorites and USA Runners-UP. The only NT which can fight Brazil is USA, only USA.At this moment I can't see China or even Russia threatening Brazilians reign.
