The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of managing the program, including, but not limited to, practice plan development, recruiting, budget management, scheduling, and equipment purchases. This should be an interesting applicant pool. "He's got 5 national titles and only managed 28 wins in 4 years, but I think I can be successful there."

This should be an interesting applicant pool. "He's got 5 national titles and only managed 28 wins in 4 years, but I think I can be successful there." Add that to the fact that Volleyball in Utah is pretty poor right now, and that Weber is poorly funded will probably keep a lot of quality coaches away from this job.

Should be several GA spots opening up this year. They are all moving up to full time Assistants. Any openings that may standout or worth taking a second look at?

It is a pretty short deadline considering the time of the year, timing in the job "cycle".
