Olga Strantzali is no longer listed on the UCLA roster. Doh! I guess the Anderson addition makes a lot of sense now. I liked Olga, thought she would be really good in her 3rd/4th year. I am bummed.

Perhaps Strantzali will travel south on the 405 to Long Beach St. The Beach is in need of a few high impact OH's and Greek Cypriot Zoyia Konstantopoulou will begin her indoor/sand career in the fall.

Seems like Olga left school and went back to Greece. I doubt we see her at another school next year.

I'm surprised that it took them so long to realize it, didn't Cook have about 7 MBs on the roster? No, not even remotely close. The fact one was a DS, another an OH, and the other one a MB/OH that wouldnt even be relative, which speaks again to the fact you have no idea what you are talking about. There you go digging again in that hole. Cook had 6 MBs on the roster: Hall,Holman,Meghan Haggerty, Keil, Larson, and Maddie Haggerty. I am still surprised that it took the last two so long to realize that Cook had marginalized them to the point they were never going to see the court, I'm beginning to think you have no idea what you are talking about. No prudent coach puts 6 scholarship MBs on a roster unless he plans to convince someone they will never see the court.

Oops, Maddie was the middle of the three sisters and not a MB. I stand corrected. Molly is also not a middle. For what it's worth. Meghan is the oldest, and the only middle.

Any chance that one or more of the departing Huskers ends up at Creighton?

Nothing is happening. They realized they would not get playing time and decided to leave. They left on a good note and have the support of nebraska staff and team. All 3 wanted to leave at the exact same time ? Amazing coincidence You really only see this when there are coaching changes. 3 at one time leaving, ouch. I'm curious if this will have any future ramifications, especially with future recruits.

I think that's the significance of some people emphasizing that these were "voluntary" transfers. I think its interesting that nobody has said anything about players announcing they want to transfer the day after they get back from Hawaii, when players were left home from that trip. If they were going to be forced out or encouraged, are they taken to Hawaii or left at home? If they are leaving voluntarily, they decide to inform the day after a week at the beach?
