Does this give him the open opportunity to get out and move up to something bigger without having to leave during the streak? What's bigger than 7 National Championships? Brady is NOT going anywhere. Genuine question: How does his current pay stack up against a Major D1 school? I would think it would be a significant bump up to leave. In terms of ego and professional respect, major D1 is the top of the profession. Highly competitive coaches would have a difficult time not finding out if they could handle the best. More power to him if he's happy and wants to stay.

Many would argue that the pay increase isn't worth the drastic change in lifestyle...

Tampa 25-23 in set one. Palm Beach nice looking club, lot of same strengths as t Tampa. Tampa may have more arms. could be a good one.

Tampa 11-7 to PBA. Never seen PBA, good quickness, passing and stting. Tampa 2 major differences, covering every block and everyone sets out of yatem with confidence.

Set 2 25-14. Pba grew frustrated not scoring off good bocks and started pressing. Then Tampa then had 3 or4 solo blocks to close out.

Tampa cruising at 15-10 makes 4 really uncharacteristic unforced errors to let PBA back in. They get happy and win third set 28-26. Tampa blocks for 4 points up 9-4.

UMD falls short again. Unbelievable. SWMS advances with 3-1 win.

Many would argue that the pay increase isn't worth the drastic change in lifestyle... Serious question: How much of a change? I'm generally familiar with both jobs. On the surface, they seem pretty similar.

Recruiting is a whole new world with D1. You also need to sell your program, at least at some schools.

Not to mention the lack of job security. He could stay where he is for life and not have to worry about winning - although I'm sure they will.

Sonoma State beats Dixie State to make it out of the West for the first time. Congratulations to Coach Grassl, his team, and staff!
