Congratulations to UNC who wins at least a share of the conference championship with the win today, a win against Wake Forest on Friday would give them their first outright in 5 years (?). For the poster who thought the UNc outsides were better I'm not sure if you were watching the same game. Obeime and Sklar kept Duke in it and each had more than 20 kills. UNC' strength today was diversifying the attack with almost 6 hitters in double digits. And I'm not sure how a mid PAC would stack up against UNC but they did sweep both the Michigans on the road this year.

Really exciting match. Sklar and Obeiime had 50 kills together, but also something like 22 hitting errors between them (lots of blocks). Sklar hit well below .200 Taner had 30 digs and 8 assists for UNC and each of the UNC setters had 13 digs.
I think the two teams had 194 digs between them for the match. It was as entertaining a match as I've ever seen. Both teams played very well.

Hearty congratulations to coach Sagula, the staff and the team for their championship(clinched at least a tie) This team really deserves to be ACC champions. Its their first ACC title since 2008.I believe it is skilled enough and athletic enough to make a deep run in the NCAA tourney. Im praying that the committee puts them either in the MPLS. or AMES regional so I will have a chance to watch them if they can survive the first two rounds(which, of course, will not be easy) GO HEELS!!!!!!!!!
