Definitely NOT Inky after her choking performance today. Either Hancock or Hamson, with the edge going to the former as the tournament is held in OK. Inky is still better than anyone in your acc conference.

Hancock--long time consistently great player, senior, leader, a winner, in her home state; easy call and well-deserved. Hope the committee gets it right

Is this voted on after the semifinals, or just announced after the semifinals?

If history holds, look for Micha Hancock to be named POY. She has been in the running all year along with Vansant, Carlini, and she just lead her team to the finals (again)

Hope the committee gets it right "getting it right" would mean giving it to someone not even in the final four -- Karsta Lowe. She was the best player on the floor vs. PSU last week. But since it is rare for a player to win that isn't on a top 4 team, or even top 8 team, this is Hancock's award all the way.

I'm a huge Lowe fan, but it would go significantly against the historical grain if she was named POY; but she certainly deserves it.

I personally think that the player has to be on a FF team or a team in the final is ridiculous. But if one of the top candidates (Micha certainly is) is in the finals and the other arent around, I am ok with giving that kid the nod. The award simply should go to the best player.

hate to say it but hancock definitely deserves the honor. Yeah, she's good. AHate that a setter with about 8 no-call double contacts gets POY, but se la vie.
