I like it.
May want to mention that the sport was invented in Springfield by an American, it is truly the American sport.
Also, our success in the sport, and with more teams participating, travel costs would be lessened.

There was a female head coach for the Men's team at Southampton College in 2002. Her name is Carmine Walker. She was there only a year then took an assistant gig at Indiana State (Women). Also there was a feamle head coach at Vassar College a few years ago. She was the assistant there for many years. I'm almost positive there was a female head coach at EMU (don't hold me to that) MANY years ago. Think she started the program. Might want to look into those.

Not at a high level, no. The ball very rarely would hit this player, and if it did it would probably be a facial. High level offenses are too fast this player would be always caught in limbo or behind a block.

High level offenses are too fast this player would be always caught in limbo or behind a block. I have seen numerous high major D1 programs use this defense at times in certain matches. May be matchup based or depend on hitter tendencies, but I have definitely seen it from more than 1 team in high major conferences in the woman's game. I've never seen it played at a high level on the men's side of things.

I believe Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee has (or at least recently had) a female head coach.
