So then there's Thelen through 2017, gorell though 2018, Robertson through 2016( even though I doubt she will see the court much. Interested to see who backs up Washington. Last year didn't Whitney and Grant play middle here and there? Saw Thelen every once in awile. Robertson could prove me wrong. Psu players seems to do that. Someone seems to step up every year. Should be fun to watch the competition. Cami seems to have the most height out of all the mb but how quick is she on her feet( lateral movement) and how highs her reach? Anyone watching her have any info ?

Thelen saw very limited action as well as Robertson. However Robertson played OPP when she came into matches.

Between Gorell and Cam at same stage in career i think gorell looks better. Quick, seems like a bigger block and def hits with more power. We all know psu loves running slide and gorell looks like she can do that fine

A little perspective here is needed. Cam is still growing and she hasn't caught up to her body yet but she has quick feet. I think she will be a late developer but she has a ton of potential. Gorrell is a lot like Megan Courtney was in high school right now while Cam continues to grow into a super blocker. It might remind fans of the old days with Slay & Wilson. Thankfully there will be time for these two to develop much more and be PSU-ready when needed.

Luckly you have Washington there next three years and baring injury neither is gonna jump in and be go to player

I think it means that Cami, as a freshman, was selected as one of the top 50 in the Lonestar region. It includes only Texas as I understand it.
She is not a top vb player yet but has a good chance to become something special. RR has had pretty good success with these types of players recently.

Oh, you were at Lonstarvolleyball.com.....that is the Texas version of prepvolleyball.com that covers just Texas. That does include the entire state so she is in the top 50 of all players. I have not personally seen her play, but Houston does have a good history of middles and at 6'4" at 16 she is much more athletic than Lutz or some of the others I have seen at the same age. Also, if Rose has recruiter her she must have great upside and have the mentality he looks for.
