I cannot argue they should have won more Championships (I think 3), but the passing was acceptable up until the last two years. The libero position has been inconsistent from 2010-2013. When Sha'Dare McNeil (from SoCal also ) graduated that had a bigger impact than most people think because she was like having a second libero in the back, and just had one of the best all-around games.
bigfan, you should not be throwing stones being a USC fan; watching USC last year play floor defense and SR..... if USC was in a corvette they coundn't pass a school bus going uphill!
At least 4 in the last ten years? That's pretty unfair. Do you not have any idea how much talent PSU has had in the past 10 years? In what years was their talent just flat out better? I think 3 total could have been possible over the last 10 years not 3 in addition to the one they won.
Dorothy, you know Texas should have won the Championship in Hooker's senior year when they were up 2-0 in the final and had a meltdown.

You know they cant pass either. Why the hostility? Maybe Mick can come watch us play in person on our home floor during the Regional in December. He knows his way to Gregory Gymnasium.

No I don't know that. PSU had as good as talent, more experience, more NCAA final experience, poise, leadership, and a better coach. PSU was as good or better in really every area of the game, that was no upset.

PSU had great talent, but you are correct that PSU had a better coach and that can be said against every team over the last 5-8 years, and probably the next couple years.

Yeah, I just don't agree that they had better overall talent. PSU was really tight in those first two games, and Texas was playing on house money. Once Texas went up 2-0 the pressure switched to them, and PSU relaxed into it. With the exception of an OH and a middle, I think PSU was better in every other position.

bad choice Lexi... Hawaii would have been a much smarter choice... A master coach who could bring out and hone her into a complete player.

I am not throwing stones. Texas has awesome talent and cannot pass the ball. Penn St or a Pac-12 team awaits to HOOK THEM HORNS OUT once again in the FINAL FOUR. Unfortunately, looks like USC won't be one of those Pac-12 teams ;-)
