A little fact, Celsius and Fahrenheit scales are the same when the temperature reaches -40°. You're all now a bit smarter. 😉

Lowest temp ever recorded in Hawaii? 15 degrees.
52 is the lowest in Honolulu.
Every other state has been below zero.

I’ve been off work the last two days because the school district closed down due to the cold temperature. It was 6 degrees this morning and I had to wait for the city bus for awhile.

It's been in the 52-62 F range here in Northern California. I ran in my shorts and t-shirt yesterday afternoon. Right now, it's 61F and I was just reading a book out on my backyard with my dog lying next to me.

Storm door is about to open up here in CA again ... rain predicted along the coast for much of the state. High winds predicted Friday late and into Saturday -- batten down the hatches. 10 feet of snow predicted at highest elevations in the Sierras. Central Coast getting lots of much needed rain this year due to weak El Nino. It is looking more and more like no drought this summer.

We are taking a pounding this year in NorCal -- raining just about every day. Sierra snow pack is incredible. SoCal is doing well too. Even Santa Barbara is getting rain. Time to install a new lawn.

High of only 61 today. I love it. Coat/sweatshirt hides the fat spots. Don’t have to shave my legs-jeans every day.

Just set the February record for snowfall in Minnesota (recorded anyhow) and more snow on the way. I've been doing a lot of shoveling. A good deal of it while I had the flu (in spite of getting the shot). My back is also shot.
It's been a horrible year for weather in Minnesota. 8 months of winter, at least, AND a very hot summer. Good news? The cold may have done a number on the Emerald Ash Borer. Bad news? It may have killed me too.

Shame we didn't have some of this stuff for the NCAAs.
Seems to be a trend. Winter starts later and later (snow anyhow) and then goes well into April.

Forecast is for up to 3 feet of snow in Northern Arizona, and the White Mountain area. Payson, a little town about 1.5 from my house will get the worst of it evidently.
