Hey Guys. I am not aware of the NAIA RULES. I know a girl who is in Africa who is good as OH but she is 26 years old and has an associate degree from a university in her town. Also speaks French as a first language. Do you think she would qualify to play for one or two years at the NAIA LEVEL? or there are no chances because she is already too old?
Thank you for your help. I would love to know

My mother used to teach at a small NAIA university in Oklahoma (NWOSU) in the nursing department. She was always amazed at the number of foreign students they had to this small school, some of which had some slight language barriers still. They have a volleyball team.

Your player may want to consider the UK. There aren't as many volleyball programs with scholarships, but there are some. No age restrictions. No time limits. It's also likely to be an easier place from a language perspective as their are players from literally all over the world, so a good chance of having a teammate who speaks French.

Durham University regularly advertises post-grad scholarship opportunities on the NCAA website, but I would expect them to also have undergraduate ones as well. Here's a recent ad: Northumbria University is another. Info for them can be found here. Those two programs have dominated on the women's side in recent years. They are miles ahead of most of the rest. I coached in England the last three seasons. My 2014 women's team reached the national semi and were happy to get double digits against Northumbria. The University of East London has been on the rise the last few years and may come to challenge the other two. Info on them is here. I know that the University of Essex also offers scholarships, which you can learn about here. Generally speaking, being part of these programs also means playing in the National Volleyball League. All three clubs are linked with Supers 8s clubs, which is the top level of adult play in England. I've heard folks call that professional, but that's a bit of a stretch.
