If rumors are true and Jane Croson is going to Riverside, then Riverside could be a little better. Here are my 2015 Big West Women's Volleyball Standings predictions:
1. Hawaii 2. UC Davis 3. CSU Long Beach 4. UCSB 5. CSU Northridge 6. UC Irvine 7. Cal Poly SLO 8. UC Riverside 9. CSU Fullerton

Hawaii lost just two Seniors (+ Ginger Long) but brings in an awesome class that will bring depth and competition in practice while filling in the holes quite nicely. I can see two from this incoming group that could potentially be in the starting lineup from the get go. (Granato & Mitchem)
When this team comes together and gels....watch out Big West!

Wait why would Jane Croson go to Riverside? Wasn't she not even in college after she played a season at Arizona?
I think the conference title will be between Hawaii and UCSB. The other schools I am not really sure about at this point but a couple other schools could possibly crack into the top two or three schools in the Big West.

My Big West question is has Nikki Withers left Cal St. Fullerton as a student?
If not is there a chance she returns to the team?
If she has left where is she transferring to?

Withers is a phenomenal talent. Whereever she goes she will be a star. Last season, she just didn't have a supporting cast she needed to go farther in the conference.

Contrary to overhyped predictions, Hawaii will not run the table in the Big West this season. My predictions:
1. Hawaii 2. Long Beach St. 3. UC Davis 4. UCSB 5. CSUN 6. Cal Poly 7. UC Irvine 8. UC Riverside 9. Cal State Fullerton

LBSU barely got by hawaii on both meetings and we literally only lose 1 starter bringing in someone who I believe can make a bigger impact in the middle or on the outside. LBSU is still a big question mark with all their transfers both in and out.
hawaii will run the tables in the big west this year.

hawaii will run the tables in the big west this year. If so, a regular season with only ~2 losses? Say, to UCLA and Florida only?? Must be very solid team.

When does she get caught by the 5 year eligibility window? Seems like this has gone on forever.

They'll likely lose to Florida and split with LBSU. Florida isn't going to lose too much, early, and UH will be amongst the weaker challenges. That 6.7 girl is going to pose all types of problems for UH.
