I feel like for the 3rd set, Karch should give Vansant a try. If not, start Hill instead.

This is a nice bounce back match for Kreklow.

Yes passing gave set 2 away so need to find a way to solidify the passing and the rest will come.

This announcer and Megan must've passed the bottle back and forth in between sets. That was rough

This is a nice bounce back match for Kreklow. Really? She has not had very good location on several of her sets. I only saw a little of the Italy match, so maybe this is improvement?

Really don't understand leaving Easy in. Gave her plenty of opportunity. Is there a long term plan I'm not aware of?

Really don't understand leaving Easy in. Gave her plenty of opportunity. Is there a long term plan I'm not aware of? It makes total sense. She has been out of competitive volleyball for a year, has Olympic experience and could be an important player in Rio. Letting her work it out on the court with ZERO consequences should they lose, is a pretty smart play IMO. Given they automatically qualify for finals, they are playing with house money, and have the luxury of evaluating players, and giving specific players much needed court time. It would be borderline irresponsible to not take advantage of that opportunity/luxury. If the goal was to win, would they have left so many big boys at home?
