Tstreet 8 - Tav 3 (not sure) Tstreet wins. I think 15-5. Plummer was blocking well.

Tstreet just rallied from down a set to take it in the third! Boy Plummer's block really shut down TAV.

18's open quarters for tomorrow is all set TAV vs TStreet Coast vs Asics MAVS CVC vs Mizuno Long Beach Laguna Beach vs Front Range Really impressed with with Front Rage today, I hope they can keep up there hot play. After watching LBVC today, FRVC should win that match as Ford is no longer playing for Laguna. Ruddin's is just a stud. I can see her become an all American at UCSB. Iam really excited to see TAV and Tstreet tussle tomorrow. The team that will give TAV some trouble will be Mizuno Long Beach, that team is playing well right now and there offense is very fast.. Good luck to everyone tomorrow !! So much for your prediction on the Laguna- FRVBC match. Laguna wins even without Ford.

Couldn't say enough about the blocking of Plummer. She is dominant. Could be the best blocker in the prep this year.
Tstreet's serve and block made TAV look very average, IMHO. You gotta give credit to Tstreet's servers for forcing Micaiya White out of the game in some plays due to poor reception.
And Johnson was underutilized and so was Plummer. Dyer's sets to Plummer were mostly low so Plummer kept hitting it out or into the blocks.
Hodson played very well.

I'm surprised Laguna Beach beat FRVBC. I'm also surprised that Ruddins didn't get accepted into a better program she's a beast. It would be interesting if Laguna Beach goes up against Tstreet in the final. It would be a Stanford final haha.

I was wanting to see Johnson be more involved, but she wasn't. White was certainly targeted on serve receive, and it wasn't always pretty! They did try to cover her up though as best as possible. Plummer's blocking was great, particularly down the stretch. I wasn't overly impressed with Hodson's defense and serve receive, but I also always have high expectations for her and am expecting Logan Tom-esque defense. Plummer did get some kills but so many sets were low or inside, so most hits were off hands; a couple nice line shots though. The one thing with Hodson is that down the stretch she really placed the ball well and hit very strategically. Looking forward to watching Hodson/Plummer take on Lexi Sun next.

I realize that is hard for people to fathom, but your idea of "better program" may not be everyone's idea of better program. It's possible that she chose the schools she actually wanted to attend. This is a comment that comes up all the time that drives me absolutely nuts.

Good match between TStreet and Coast. Plummer turned it on once she started being set higher, and she is just great. Lexi can hit bombs...she will be an amazing hitter by the time she gets to Texas. She did cost Coast a lot of points though from bad serve receive...hopefully she can improve on that the next two years! She is talented for sure, though.

CVC sweeping their way into the finals! Who would have thought. Trying to slow down Hodson/Plummer will be a tall task though
