Is Kennesaw good enough to win in the NCAA tournament? I've seen Lipscomb a few times and while they are good, I don't think they're good enough to win a first round match on the road. With Lipscomb's RPI where it is and will be, it would be a tall order to come in as the lowest seed in a bracket and win at the top seed's home court in the tournament. Would love to see it though.

The bottom of the conference has done the ASUN no favors with the losses vs non conference foes hurting Pool C chances for a Lipscomb or Kennesaw

I understand that the conference needs to add teams to replace the ones that leave (most recently USC Upstate) but adding NJIT and North Alabama surely doesn't help RPI any.
I wonder how long Kennnesaw State sticks around.

Oh I know that RPI is not a consideration, but it is always going to be an unfortunate side effect for a conference that has historically been a springboard for schools wanting to move up to D1.

Is something going on with Kennesaw? Losing to FGCU was a bit of a surprise but KSU losing to Stetson in three is shocking.

The final playoff spot will likely be decided in the three matches between No Florida, No Alabama and NJIT. I do not expect Jacksonville to defeat Lipscomb nor Kennesaw St at home.
So NJIT needs both. Depending on ASUN tiebreakers NJIT will need to sweep UNF and then hope that UNA wins vs UNF. I do not expect that to happen.

I don’t know about Kennesaw but FGCU’s block was impressive, and could cause problems for a seeded team, some seeded teams at least.
