Washington, when not on the Pac-12 Networks (Utah @ Washington 9/27 9pm ET), always holds off announcing a live stream until late, but they always have a basic stream (just video, no announcer or audio).

I have been a member of VT since the beginning. Before when it was still Rollshot.
Anyway...I don't post often. I logged in just to say thank you for doing this. AMAZING! To be able to go to one link to see where the top games are being televised is awesome. I set up like 6 games on my dvr in less than 5 minutes...because of you.
Thank you so much for your time and efforts.

I can't watch a match with no Audio. Kinda like watching a movie on mute. Not sure why they don't have audio on Washington's streams.

Prior to the Pac-12 Networks, they had audio and announcers/commenters. Since most matches are on P12Net, it doesn't make sense to keep staff just for when they aren't. Right now, they just have a single cameraman - at least he's now periodically scanning the scoreboard. I wish they had audio, which would pick up the arena announcer and crowd noise - all they would need to do is leave the mic open. The only reasons I can think they don't are errant f-bombs from the audience or maybe union rules requiring an extra person to handle the sound.

Does anyone know if any program receives revenue from the streaming? Even if it is insignificant? Would be interested in knowing if this is evolving into potential funding.

Does anyone know if any program receives revenue from the streaming? Even if it is insignificant? Would be interested in knowing if this is evolving into potential funding. For the Pac-12 Networks, I don't think there is any direct revenue from streams - they are simply an added benefit to subscribers, allowing watching if not at home or watching an event not being shown in ones region. For conferences without a network, streams are used to help promote schools' sports programs - an expense, not a revenue source.

Some streams I have watched are not part of any network, but part of the conference or the school itself (found as a link in the school's scheduled games). I was referring to these, wondering aloud on whether they are getting any ad revenue or anything from the streaming. Anything would be great potential as it has to start somewhere. If there was revenue potential from streams, then networks in a few years might feel there is revenue to be made from televising. Likely wishful thinking, but hoping some school somewhere is getting some revenue off their game stream.
